Civil Engineer

Job Description:

To write technical proposals and customize each proposal based on the nature of the project
To understand customer requirements as well as underlying IT infrastructure applications, systems and processes
To develop comprehensive business and operational plans to achieve the set targets
To lead the implementation process of all the relevant projects including staff deployment, resource mobilization, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation and financial management
To conduct meetings with potential clients in public and private sector to discuss business proposals
To write high-quality, maintainable, reusable code while following the industry standards and practices
To test the software products in controlled situations before the product goes live
To manage the strategies of the development, staging, testing, and production environment
To clarify technical requirements, develop coding estimates, and apply a broad range of design approaches to bring innovative solutions
To drive continuous improvement of software quality, user experience, and maintainability of products/features
To review the code of other team members and provide constructive direction
To mentor and lead software developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding
To supervise the technical & functional documentation and other SDLC artifacts
